A Few Things About Me

I love lamps so much that my brother refers the ones I’m not using as the “the lamp graveyard” and the ones I am using as “the parade of lamps”

I think you should always move furniture (ask for help, believe me, I can tell you stories) before you get new furniture

I can name most Benjamin Moore paint colors by sight

It is okay to arrange your books by color (I was an English major, so consider this special dispensation) but don’t use fake ones because that just hurts my soul

My friends will tell you that I can’t walk into a room without redesigning it. They may also be trying to tell me that it’s annoying.

I think having your home feel like a sanctuary is actually really important and lovely.

Helping people do that, and making it fun instead of stressful, brings me joy (really)
